• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

💸 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

• No restocking fee will be applied.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you will not need to complete a return.

• Our team will resolve the issue promptly by sending a replacement or providing an appropriate solution at no cost to you.
